1. Who we are
VN Priority is operated by Telebox. We are a private company that arranges travel services provided by our partners. We are not a government agency.
2. e-visa application service
We help you prepare, check and submit your e-visa application. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made only by the Vietnamese authorities. We cannot influence it and do not promise any outcome.
The government fee (US$25 single entry / US$50 multiple entry) is set by Vietnam's Ministry of Finance and is separate from our service fee.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us.
3. Your legal stay in Vietnam
You are solely responsible for your own legal stay in Vietnam, including knowing and respecting the length of stay allowed by your visa, e-visa or visa exemption, and leaving or extending legally before it ends.
We do not help anyone stay in Vietnam illegally and do not arrange extensions outside the legal procedure. Overstay fines and other penalties under Vietnamese law (including Decree 282/2025/ND-CP) are the traveler's responsibility.
4. Fast-track, SIM and pickup
Fast-track helps you through arrival formalities but cannot control queues or immigration decisions.
eSIM and physical SIM plans are data only: no phone number, no calls and no SMS. Physical hand-over at Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat or your hotel is included, with no delivery fee. The plan, car type and meeting point are confirmed in writing at booking.
